In my work, listening is critical. When you hire me to ghostwrite a book or article for you, I pick up on your small verbal cues that make your voice unique and create an authority piece that could only have come from you.

When I work with your brands on your content strategy or write your blogs,  e-books, white papers, and case studies, I help you discover or refine your brand voice to help you create your own footprints in your industries.

I also love to learn. What I learn, I love to share. I like taking a complex subject, breaking it down, and making it easy to understand. Educating people on every aspect of a topic so they can better make informed decisions is really what I’m all about.

Some of the topics I’ve untangled over the past 20+ years include:

  • Human resources – principally on management and navigating labor laws
  • Finance – especially retirement-related issues and bitcoin
  • Business – notably small business issues
  • Health and wellness – usually cancer and women’s health issues
  • Technology – particularly in the HR and finance industries

In between my writing projects, I find time to edit and proofread books. The storyteller in me wants to bring out the storyteller in others, and I love to see good books take shape.

Because I am an editor, I turn in a clean, well-written copy on deadline. Because I make a point to listen to your needs, I am very easy to work with. My clients count on me (as you can see in the testimonials), and you can, too.

When I’m not researching, writing, and editing, I’m rescuing, rehabbing, and rehoming feral and wild animals. I’ve worked with everything from a cat to a fox, with some geese and raccoons in between.

I’m also an enthusiastic (but not great) golfer and an avid reader of books on crime and mysteries. Soon you’ll be able to read my own cozy mystery set in North Florida, where I live.
